 Posh Squeaks was founded by Holly Doran in 2005 when she was pregnant with her first child. While organizing Vogue's bi-annual 7th on Sala Gala for Anna Wintour, Holly became familiar with the most fashionable lines for little ones. Shortly after, Holly became pregnant and found herself in the situation of registering for an infant of her own. The fashion conscious mother met the online registry process with frustration as she discovered websites to be visually disappointing, impossible to navigate, with selections lacking focus. Holly made it her mission to modernize the online baby boutique producing the vast selection of luxury labels for babies and new moms to bring them through the first year, in practical, classical style. Reaching out to her friends and fellow Vogue mothers for advice on their favorite gifts in the first year, Holly developed a one-stop shopping boutique that will have baby and mommy drooling for more and has since been featured everywhere from Fresh Finds to Vogue. Recently, Holly transferred the business over to her childhood friend Kate Aikman. However, Holly remains a vital part of the company today as a creative and style consultant. Kate is a mother to three little girls and was excited when Holly asked her if she would take over Posh Squeaks full-time. With a marketing and business degree behind her, Kate decided to incorporate more gift items into the Posh Squeaks family. After surveying and researching the most unique and favored gifts for new mothers and babies, she introduced new items into the Posh family.
